On 14th May, starting from 6:30pm, immerse yourself in fine wines of the Western Cape as you indulge in a curated tasting flight accompanied by delectable cheese and nibbles.
Discover Angus Paul’s philosophy of ‘natural’ or ‘minimal intervention’ winemaking, where every sip tells a story of careful practices and the pure essence of the grape with special attention given to South Africa’s standout varietals such as Chenin Blanc and Pinotage.
Alternatively, step into the realm of Oldenburg Vineyards with Nic van Aarde, a seasoned winemaker with a global perspective on winemaking. From Australia to France, Nic brings a wealth of experience to crafting premium wines that reflect the unique terroir of Oldenburg’s picturesque Banghoek Valley.
