Sov’ran sources Pinot Blanc grapes  from the South Downs. This area is renowned for its rich, chalky soil that imparts a mineral character to the wine. This small-batch wine offers fresh flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and pear, with a creamy texture and floral notes. Its medium-bodied palate balances the mineral freshness with a fleshy pear and quince character.

We sell our wines in multiples of 6 bottles (half a case). The minimum order is therefore 6 bottles. This can be made up of a selection of different wines. For 6 bottles of wine you get 5% discount, for 12 or more you get 10% discount. This is applied at basket/checkout.
