This lovely Israeli wine exhibits a pale yellow colour with aromas of green apple, pear and a hint of white flowers. The palate is medium-bodied with flavours of stone fruit, citrus and a touch of honey. It is supported by a well-balanced acidity and discreet spice from oak maturation. It has a creamy and vibrant mouthfeel leading to a long and bone dry finish.
