The wine spends at least 7 years in the cellars before this exceptional Champagne is released. It exhibits a golden colour with fine bubbles and complex aromas of toasted brioche, almond, citrus and a hint of honey. The palate is rich and elegant with flavours of baked apple, pear and a touch of minerality, supported by a well-balanced acidity, leading to a long and very complex finish.
