Huia Blanc de Blancs 2017

This sparkling wine from Marlborough, N.Z., was aged in old French oak barrels prior to bottle fermentation. Made in the Traditional Method, the wine goes through extended lees aging, giving the wine beautiful body and delicious yeasty characteristics. The well-structured palate shows fresh bread and toasty ripe fruit, with a long creamy finish.
