This blend of indigenous grape varietals presents a green-tinged yellow colour with aromas of citrus fruits, green apple and a touch of white flowers and gingery spice qualities. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showcasing flavours of lemon, zesty orange, green apple and a hint of minerality and a touch of bitter quince. The finish is dry and focused with a clean and stony persistence.
