Boekenhoutskloof, Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 Vintage

A gorgeous full bodied Cabernet with rich dark fruit flavours including blueberry, dark cherry and blackcurrant alongside notes of tobacco leaf.

There is use of careful manual harvest, followed by cold maceration and ageing in traditional oak barrels creating a rounded texture, firm tannin. This alongside the strong dark fruits means this wine has a lasting finish and fantastic aging potential.

We love to pair this wine with Roasted Beef or Venison.
