Baby Bandito Keep on Punching

This South African wine showcases a pale gold colour, with aromas of green apple, pear and citrus, with a hint of wet stone. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and then fermented in large stainless steel tanks. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of orchard fruits, lemon zest and a touch of minerality, leading to a clean, lingering finish. There is very little intervention by the winemaker in the process, apart from adding a small amount of SO2 to stabilise the wine before bottling.
