Specogna, Pinot Grigio Ramato

Lovely light pink colour with coppery highlights. Fresh and floral with aromas of fruits such as apple and pear alongside elderflower blossom. Intense and persistently fruity lively finish.

‘Ramato’ is somewhere between an orange and a rosé; the beautiful copper colour stems from extended skin contact (18 to 24 hours prior to fermentation) with the must of the slightly pink Pinot Grigio grapes in this region.
