Cinsault 82%, Shiraz 10%, Grenache 8%

Medium bodied with bright, crunchy red fruit and firm but gentle tannins, this is a fab all-rounder and one of our favourites. Chilling this red brings out the red-current component, while the nose exhibits much more peppery, leathery cocoa at room temperature. Perfect pairing? A lamb chop and boerie braai!
