La Rioja Alta Viña Araña Gran Reserva Rioja

The wine is deep, dark ruby in colour. On the nose, you are immediately hit with red fruit, plums, blackberries and blueberries with lovely notes of pastry, caramel, cedar, vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is rich and balanced with well integrated and supple tannins which give the wine an elegant structure with a fresh and vibrant mouthfeel. The balsamic notes continue into the finish which is lingering and slightly spicy.
