With Tom Carson at the helm Yabby Lake has gone from strength to strength, scooping up prestigious awards for their single-vineyard, cool climate Pinots and Chardonnays. The Red Claw range is made from fruit hand-picked across their estate, fermented with natural yeast and 25% whole bunches then aged for 10 months in French oak. Long, silky and plush on the palate with perfumed red cherry and raspberry flavours, complemented by smoky aromas of vanilla spice and forest floor.
