Varietals: Pinot Noir 90 %, Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Syrah

The Sebastiani family held on through Prohibition by producing medicinal and communion wine and are one of the few fourth generation American winemakers. The sticky Californian ripeness is here but the famously cool Monterey climate gives fresh acidity and brings out Pinot’s characteristic forest floor and truffle notes. Expect bright cherry, raspberry, violet and mocha flavours with a silky, refreshing finish.
