Varietals: Falanghina 100%

Compared to it’s Campanian cousins Greco and Fiano, Falanghina typically has a bittersweet floral/herbal character while keeping to the same high acid and medium body template. This example from the Taburno DOC just northeast of Naples has undergone partial malolactic fermentation, adding a bit of richness to the flavours of pear, apple, jasmine and fennel.
