Benjamin Bridge 2016 Brut Sparkling

This sparkling wine from Nova, Canada, presents a pale straw colour with fine bubbles and aromas of green apple, lemon and brioche. The palate is light-bodied with flavours of crisp green apple, citrus and a touch of toast, supported by a vibrant acidity and a refined, lingering finish.

The vineyards are located in the Gaspereau Valley which benefits from the micro climate created by its proximity to the Bay of Fundy – home to the highest tides in the world. The tidal energy ushers in cooling breezes in the summer and create a moderating influence to the harsh Canadian winters. A wine to be discovered!
