Varietals: Shiraz 39%, Cabernet Sauvignon 16%, Malbec 11%, Merlot 11%, Petit Verdot 10%, Cabernet Franc 7%, Pinotage 6%

Now this is a ‘kitchen sink’ blend! And with so many thick-skinned varietals it’s not surprising that this wine has some punch. Ripe blackberry and mulberry aromas are backed up by cedar, tobacco, dark chocolate with lots of ripe tannin on the palate and a smoky finish. This bold red stands up to meaty, savoury dishes and is great for barbecues.
