Supper Club Series: Cicchetti and Wine Pairing
Join us for the very first evening of our new Supper Club Series where we will team up with inventive young chefs to bring you food and wine pairings that will wow your taste buds. Our first evening is a collaboration with exciting young Mancunian chef, Adam Ward, and will consist of 4 Cicchetti (Venetian tapas) plates judiciously paired with a flight of 4 standout wines:
1st course: Squid ink cracker – taramosalata (veg. opt. Beetroot cracker – goats curd)
2nd course: Wild mushroom arancini – truffle aioli (veg.)
3rd course: Vitello tonnato (veg. opt. Grilled med vegetables)
4th course: Pistachio and lemon cannolo, served with raspberry textures (veg.)

All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable to another date upon payment of a £5.00 transfer fee (subject to availability and any price difference).
